How long is the delivery time?

Your order always leaves our warehouse the next business day.

My package is damaged, what do I do?

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

It will be sent back to us if it has been with your agent for more than 7 days. If that happens, you will be charged SEK 150 + the shipping fee you paid when ordering.

I want to add/remove products to my order, how do I do it?

Since your order is packed quite immediately, it is unfortunately very rare that we have time to make changes. Contact us via the form and we will try to help you as best we can!

I have received the wrong products in my order, what do I do?

There is a product missing from the order?

I wrote the wrong address when I placed my order, can I change the address?

Contact us and we'll see if we can help you! If the order has already been handed over to the transport company, we unfortunately cannot help you.

My order has not arrived?

You can track your order using the tracking link you received when you placed your order. If you have not received one, we ask you to first check the junk mail, otherwise contact us and don't forget to enter your order number to speed up the process.

How do I return my products?

Does it cost to make a return?

You are only responsible for the return cost

I want to change a product, is that possible?

Unfortunately, we are unable to register exchanges. Therefore, we ask you to make a return and place a new order.
